Would definitely recommend for a quick stop

Clean room, friendly staff, the seasonal outdoor pool added a wonderful touch to our relaxing experience, and it was great being just a short walk from a large supermarket for quick snacks and refreshments before our excursion to Chichen Itza.

All was flawless.

Amazing hotel with fast wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and friendly staff always ready to help. I remember when they provided plug adaptors during my first stay. A tip, try the restaurant for tasty meals. I'm coming back for another trip.

Enjoyed our stay at the Two-Bedroom Villa. The pool area was great, but the restaurant's food quality could improve.

The convenience of having a restaurant on-site for meals and the proximity to a large supermarket made snacking easy and enjoyable during our stay.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. there were leftover soap drips on the glass and the overall condition seemed outdated. Plus, the noise from nearby guests was disruptive, with loud music and wailing kids making it hard to settle down. Additionally, I experienced some trouble with toilet paper availability and encountered a few strange bugs in the bathroom. Lastly, the beds were too hard, leading to uncomfortable sleep and persistent neck pain.

Staying here for a quick getaway to explore the cenotes was a pleasant experience. The restaurant served decent food, and it was nice to have the option to dine right on the property instead of heading into town. I appreciated the working air conditioning in our room, making it comfortable after a day out in the heat. However, the hot water wasn't available during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

the place was just so charming with its dirty green pool and the little bugs in the bathroom. Quite the experience! I half expected a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles, but, alas! Just could not give a good review because the hot water? Well, that was an absolute joke. ​

Additionally, I found it difficult to access sufficient toilet paper, and there were strange round bugs in the bathroom, which made for an uncomfortable experience overall.

We enjoyed a lovely stay, soaking in the charm of authentic Mexican meals and the warm hospitality of the staff. The little guest house was perfect for our family, complete with a spacious porch for our little one to play. Don't miss the cenote nearby—it’s absolutely stunning!
